SHIPPING:

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2PM EST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Time of delivery typically will be between 5-7 business days after order has been processed, but we try our very best to make it sooner.

We offer FREE, USPS standard shipping to the U.S., and standard shipping to Canada and Mexico for a flat rate of $10.

*We currently only ship to the US, Canada, and Mexico.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

RETURNS:

In the event you desire to return a product(s), you have fourteen (14) days from date of delivery. In order to return a product for a refund and/or exchange, the product must be free from any wear, tear, washing, damage (including perfumes/odors, make up/deodorant stains), or alterations. All original tags must be attached. Sale items, intimates, accessories, and bodysuits can not be returned or refunded. Swim may be returned as long as the hygienic liner is still in tact. To complete your return, a receipt is required. Please write reason for return on your original receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. EXCHANGES:

To process an exchange simply purchase the new product(s) you want in a new order on shopsimplesoul.com and return the unwanted product(s) to our store address (must be within 14 days of purchase).

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, we will provide you with your refund.

 

SALE ITEMS:

Unfortunately all sale items are final (along with accessories, intimates, and bodysuits always being a final sale).
